The 23-year-old German, who featured in Inter's season opener against Genoa, was a key target for the Hammers before they secured the signing of Jean-Clair Todibo.
Bisseck, a German youth international, started the match against Genoa and delivered a mixed performance. While showcasing composure and an impressive attacking presence from his right-sided centre-back position, he was also culpable for Genoa's equaliser in stoppage time.
