What Samsung announced for 2026

Samsung Electronics unveiled an expanded audio ecosystem for 2026 that focuses on smarter multi‑device playback, cleaner dialogue and immersive spatial sound. The range will be shown at CES 2026 in Las Vegas and spans next‑generation Q‑Series soundbars, all‑new Music Studio Wi‑Fi speakers and the recently launched Sound Tower models.

Executive perspective

“For more than a decade, Samsung has shaped the evolution of home audio through advanced acoustics, intelligent features and thoughtful design,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business. “We’re continuing that legacy with next‑generation sound devices designed to deliver a rich, expressive performance for any space and moment.”

Q‑Series soundbars: cinema‑style audio for the living room

HW‑Q990H flagship

The HW‑Q990H is Samsung’s top 2026 soundbar, built as an 11.1.4‑channel system with up‑firing channels, AI tuning and a compact active dual 8‑inch subwoofer. New Sound Elevation technology lifts dialogue toward the screen center, while Auto Volume keeps levels consistent across channels and content.

All‑in‑One HW‑QS90H

The HW‑QS90H All‑in‑One Soundbar targets users who need flexible placement. Its Convertible Fit supports wall‑mount or tabletop setups and a built‑in gyro adjusts channel distribution based on orientation. The 7.1.2 system includes 13 drivers and a Quad Bass Woofer to deliver deep bass without a separate subwoofer.

Music Studio series: speakers for music and design

Music Studio 7 (LS70H)

The LS70H brings 3.1.1 spatial audio with left/front/right and top‑firing drivers, Audio Lab Pattern Control for cleaner directionality and AI Dynamic Bass Control. It supports Hi‑Resolution Audio up to 24‑bit/96kHz and extends frequency detail via a super tweeter.

Music Studio 5 (LS50H)

The LS50H prioritizes form and balanced sound for smaller spaces, using a 4" woofer, dual tweeters and waveguide tuning from Samsung Audio Lab. Both models reflect a dot‑inspired aesthetic by Erwan Bouroullec and can pair with TVs via Q‑Symphony.

Smarter ecosystem and connectivity

Q‑Symphony now lets users pair up to five Samsung sound devices with a TV while analyzing room layout to optimize channel distribution. Wi‑Fi, SmartThings integration, voice assistants and casting features centralize control and group playback across devices.

Samsung positions the 2026 lineup to unite acoustics, design and AI‑driven features for a more expressive, connected home audio experience.
