Tom Cruise "Bugged Out" During 'Twisters' Premiere, Says Anthony Ramos

Anthony Ramos has revealed that Tom Cruise was incredibly enthusiastic during the London premiere of "Twisters", showing his support for co-star Glen Powell. Ramos, who stars alongside Powell and Daisy Edgar-Jones in the film, described Cruise's behavior as "bugging out" during the screening.

"Glen was sitting behind me, my brother was next to me, and Tom was behind my brother," Ramos told People magazine. "Tom just kept hitting me the whole entire movie. After the third time I turned back around, like, ‘Yo, Tom Cruise is bugging out right now!’ He keeps hitting me."

Ramos explained that Cruise's excitement was genuine and stemmed from his enjoyment of the film. "He keeps hitting me because he’s excited about different moments, and he’s laughing. He’s just laughing out loud the whole entire film. He wasn’t afraid to express himself. I was super grateful about that," Ramos shared.

Following the premiere, Ramos and Cruise shared a hug, with Cruise expressing his appreciation for the film. "He’s like, ‘Yo, bro, good man, good stuff.’ So shout out to Tom Cruise, man. It was really cool," Ramos added.

Cruise previously posted a photo of himself with Powell at the premiere on Instagram, captioning it "Fun night with friends, watching a movie!!". A video of the moment also captured Ramos and his brother attempting to photo-bomb the duo.

"Twisters" is a sequel to the 1996 hit film "Twister" and tells the story of Tyler, a reckless social media star who chases storms, played by Glen Powell. The film also features Daisy Edgar-Jones as Kate and Anthony Ramos as Javi, competing storm chasers.

The film, directed by Lee Isaac Chung, is set to premiere in theaters on Friday, July 19th, and promises to deliver high-octane action and thrilling storm chasing sequences. With Tom Cruise's enthusiastic endorsement, "Twisters" is sure to be a box office hit.
