Suri Cruise, 18, Chilled Out in NYC Summer Heat
Suri Cruise, the daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, was spotted navigating the New York City heatwave on Saturday, opting for a casual look to stay cool.
The 18-year-old was seen making her way through the city in a blue tank top paired with cut-off black sweatpants, heading towards the subway. Completing her laid-back ensemble, she carried a large black tote bag and sported colourful sneakers - the same Pony M-100 Low Vintage Sneakers previously seen on her mother. This marked the second time Suri has been seen wearing the shoes in public.
She was previously photographed in the same sneakers on Tuesday, sporting a stretchy black cotton skirt and a tank top. Earlier this year, in March, Katie Holmes was spotted wearing the same sneakers with a knit sweater, jeans, and a camel coat. She wore them again on Mother's Day.
Suri, who recently adopted the surname "Noelle" as a tribute to her mother, has been regularly seen out and about in New York City since graduating from high school in June. Earlier this month, she was photographed looking remarkably like her famous mother, wearing a green off-the-shoulder blouse while enjoying time with friends. For her outing on 1st August, she paired the blouse with striped trousers, brown sliders, and her trusty tote bag, carrying a vintage camera in her other hand.
The teenager is set to begin her studies at Carnegie Mellon University in the autumn, with her move-in day scheduled for 17th August. Suri revealed her college plans in a TikTok video posted by a fellow student at New York City's LaGuardia High School in June. The clip, captioned "LaG commitment day ð," featured Suri posing for the camera while proudly showcasing her Carnegie Mellon University apparel.
