Sarah Hadland, the beloved actress known for her roles in hit shows like "Miranda" and "Horrible Histories," has been confirmed as the ninth celebrity contestant for the upcoming 20th season of Strictly Come Dancing. The news was revealed on ITV's "Lorraine," setting the stage for another dazzling season of the iconic dance competition.

As Strictly celebrates two decades of dazzling dance routines, this series promises to be extra special, with more glitz, glamour, and unforgettable performances than ever before. Hadland, a seasoned performer with a wealth of experience in film, television, and theatre, brings a unique blend of comedic talent and stage presence to the dance floor.

Best known for her hilarious portrayal of Stevie in the BAFTA-nominated sitcom "Miranda," Hadland has graced the screens and stages of the UK for years. Her impressive resume boasts a starring role in the multi-award-winning "Horrible Histories," a nomination for an RTS Award for Best Comedy Performance for her role in ITV's "The Job Lot," and even a feature in the Bond film "Quantum of Solace." Notably, Hadland has also showcased her theatrical prowess in productions like "Noises Off" on the West End.
