Sam Smith & Alicia Keys Team Up for "I'm Not The Only One" Remix

Sam Smith is celebrating a decade of their debut album, *In The Lonely Hour*, with a special 10th anniversary edition featuring a brand new version of their hit single "I'm Not The Only One." But this time, they're not alone.

The British singer has announced a collaboration with R&B legend Alicia Keys, releasing a remix of the emotional ballad. Sharing a photo with Keys on social media, Smith expressed their gratitude for the singer's support and talent, writing: "I am so honoured to have such an incredible talent and a beautiful soul join me on this track to celebrate a decade of *In The Lonely Hour*."

This isn't the first time the two have performed the song together. Back in June, Keys joined Smith at a 10th anniversary party for the album in New York City, delivering a surprise performance of "I'm Not The Only One."

"Can you believe we never did this before?" Keys exclaimed at the time. "That's crazy!"

The new version of "I'm Not The Only One" is part of a larger project celebrating *In The Lonely Hour*. The anniversary edition will feature a collection of re-recorded classics from the album.

For one particular track, the iconic "Stay With Me," Smith has updated the lyrics to better reflect their gender identity. "This song is truly so special to me, so for the 10 year anniversary I re-recorded the track... including the updated lyric ‘but I still need love, baby understand’ which felt really important to me," Smith explained. "It’s beautiful to know that sometimes, we can change the past."

The 10th anniversary edition of *In The Lonely Hour*, including the new "I'm Not The Only One" featuring Alicia Keys, is set to drop on Friday, August 2nd. Keep your eyes peeled for this exciting release!
