Price Faces Bankruptcy Questions at Court

Katie Price has arrived at court in London to be questioned about her bankruptcies, following a stern warning from a judge that she must attend with "no ifs or buts".

The former glamour model, 46, was arrested at Heathrow Airport earlier this month after failing to appear for a previous hearing related to her finances. Judge Daniel Schaffer, presiding over an Insolvencies and Companies Court hearing after the arrest on 9 August, made it clear that Ms Price would be "brought back into custody" if she failed to attend Tuesday's hearing.

In a further development last week, a judge ruled that Ms Price's income from her TikTok account would be suspended as part of efforts to recover the money she owes.

Ms Price arrived at the specialist court at the Rolls Building in a black cab, dressed in black and wearing sunglasses. The hearing, where she is due to be questioned by barristers, commenced at 10:30 BST. She declined to speak to reporters as she entered the court.

Ms Price was first declared bankrupt in 2019 and again in March of this year due to a tax debt exceeding £750,000.

Previously, Ms Price was ordered to pay 40% of her monthly income from her adult entertainment website, OnlyFans, to the trustee of her bankruptcies for the next three years. In addition, she was instructed to hand over six of her vehicles, including a pink Range Rover with a personalised registration plate, to the trustee to help settle the debt.

The court proceedings are expected to shed further light on Ms Price's financial situation and the steps being taken to manage her bankruptcies.
