Michael Cera's Blonde Transformation and Brooklyn Life

Michael Cera surprised everyone with a new blonde look on *Late Night with Seth Meyers*, confessing it was for an upcoming Wes Anderson movie filmed in Berlin.

"I kind of want to apologize for it a little bit," Cera admitted, explaining his hair was in a difficult state due to the filming. "I can't cut it right now because then I'll have, like, frosted tips. Or I dye it back to my own color, and that just feels wrong."

While Cera loves Berlin, he confessed that he prefers Brooklyn. However, his German wife, Nadine, yearns for life in her home country, finding it much easier to navigate than the bustling American city.

Cera described a surreal encounter in a Berlin café, where a 50-year-old man laughed with the sounds of a crying 8-year-old girl.

"It's just too different from here," he said. "I don't know what's going on. I don't know how anything works."

However, the couple's Brooklyn life is becoming increasingly challenging with the arrival of their two sons.

"We've been there for a long time now, but now that we're raising two little boys, she's kind of like, you know...the fentanyl containers, and the rats. We have rats coming into our home," Cera shared, calling the experience "a nightmare."

Meyers quipped, "At some point, she's like, 'Is it that bad that a 50-year-old man laughs like a little girl who's crying?'"
