Love Island Couple Ready to Start a Family

Jessie Wynter and Will Young, the couple who fell in love on ITV's Love Island, have revealed they are ready to take the next step in their relationship – starting a family.

The pair, who met on the show in January 2023, have been inseparable since. They have been living on Will's family farm, a sprawling 700-acre estate near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and are currently building their own home there.

Jessie, 27, has said she is now ready to embrace motherhood. She explained in an exclusive interview with MailOnline: "I told Will I wasn't having a baby until I had travelled, had a house, and felt complete." However, Will, 24, had other plans. "He was like, 'Let's go travel to Italy for a month,' and that's what we did! So, everything's ticked off now."

The couple are not just focused on expanding their human family. They are already proud parents to a menagerie of animals, including two donkeys, five alpacas, three goats, two pigs, and ten baby lambs.

As for their wedding plans, the pair have decided on two separate ceremonies. First, they will have an intimate wedding in Jessie's home country of Australia, specifically in Tasmania, surrounded by their closest friends and family. This will be followed by a larger "influencer party" in the UK, celebrating with a wider circle of friends and colleagues.

Jessie elaborated on their wedding plans: "We're not engaged yet, but we want to get married in Australia. It'll be in Tasmania with my close family." Will added: "We're having an intimate wedding there, then we'll have a big influencer party in the UK. I just want to make Jessie the happiest guy."

Despite Will's numerous "fake" proposals, which he has used to playfully tease Jessie, the couple are now fully committed to their future together. They are building a home, expanding their family, and preparing for their big day. It seems their love story, born on Love Island, is continuing to blossom in the real world.

The couple recently returned from a romantic trip to Italy, where they explored Venice, Rome, Florence, and the Amalfi Coast. They shared glimpses of their sun-soaked adventure on social media, further fuelling speculation about their growing commitment.

However, amidst their happiness, Jessie has been candid about a harrowing experience she endured last year. While on holiday in the US, she was a victim of drink spiking, an incident that left her hospitalised and shaken.

Jessie explained: "Last year, I had my drink spiked while on holiday. I was lucky to get to hospital safely, thanks to Will and other people who helped. What really scared me was that so many people are experiencing this, people of all ages. They are often left with no idea what to do."

She acknowledged that the experience left her feeling partially responsible, a sentiment she shared on social media to raise awareness about the issue.

Jessie reflected on the incident: "I almost felt like it was a freak accident, that I was somehow to blame. But these people go out specifically to do this, and I don't even want to know why. I was lucky to avoid the worst consequences, but others aren't so fortunate."

Jessie's honest account of her experience highlights the importance of raising awareness about drink spiking and its devastating impact. While she has found love and happiness with Will, this incident serves as a reminder of the dangers that can exist, even during seemingly happy occasions.
