Kyle Richards Enjoys Farmers Market with Daughters Amidst Tax Troubles and Split

Kyle Richards, star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," was spotted enjoying a day out at a Los Angeles farmers market with two of her daughters, Alexia (28) and Portia (16). The outing comes amidst reports of financial difficulties for the 55-year-old actress and her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Richards' daughters were joined by Alexia's long-term partner, Jake Zingerman. The family outing took place less than two weeks after images emerged of Mauricio kissing 33-year-old actress Nikita Kahn at the airport in Mykonos, Greece, fueling speculation about the nature of his separation from Richards.

Richards took to Instagram on Sunday to share snapshots from the day with her 4.3 million followers. One photo, shared on her profile grid, showed her with Alexia, captioned "Farmers market with my [twin emoji] @alexiaumansky." Another image, posted to her Stories, was a selfie featuring the entire group of four.

The outing comes at a time when Richards and Umansky are facing financial challenges. Documents obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that the Franchise Tax Board in California issued a tax lien to the couple on June 25th, 2024, for an unpaid tax bill of £5,234 for the 2022 tax year. The lien listed the address of their marital home, a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Encino, which they purchased in 2017 for £6.5 million.

In March, it was reported that Umansky had moved out of the family home and into a luxury flat in West Hollywood as the couple navigated their separation. Further tax liens, totalling £25,172, have been issued to UMRO Realty Corp/The Agency, Umansky's real estate agency, for unpaid taxes for 2022 and 2023. These liens cover various offices in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, and Sherman Oaks.

Despite these financial pressures, Richards celebrated two years of sobriety on July 18th. She shared a gym selfie showing off her toned physique in a black sports bra and leggings, accompanied by a heartfelt caption reflecting on her journey. "This week was my 2 year anniversary of being alcohol free (July 15th) I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible," she wrote. "I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had the willpower to stay on this path."

Richards acknowledged that her decision to abstain from alcohol had been met with mixed reactions, especially from those who enjoyed her "Party Kyle" persona. However, she stated that her mental and physical wellbeing have become paramount, leading her to prioritize her health over social pressures.

The photos of Richards and her daughters enjoying a casual day out at the farmers market offer a glimpse into her life amidst the turmoil surrounding her separation and financial challenges. It demonstrates her commitment to family and her ongoing journey of personal growth, highlighting her resilience in the face of adversity.
