Kidman Cheers on US Gymnastics Team in Cherry Red Style
Nicole Kidman brought her family to the 2024 Paris Olympics on Tuesday to cheer on the women's gymnastics final. The actress, accompanied by husband Keith Urban and daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, took in the thrilling event in style.
Kidman's look was a stylish blend of classic and trendy. She opted for a beige ruffled blouse, paired with straight-leg jeans and round-toe ballet flats in a bold cherry red - a colour that's making waves in the fashion world this autumn. Completing the ensemble, she added cat-eye sunglasses and a watch with a brown leather band.
Cherry red has been a prominent colour on the runways this season, with designers like Eckhaus Latta, LaQuan Smith, and Molly Goddard embracing the vibrant hue. Jodi Khan of Neiman Marcus spoke of red's "energetic" presence as a key colour for fall, and Harvey Nichols' fashion director, Laura Larbalestier, declared it "the predominant colour of the season".
This was Kidman's latest appearance at the Olympics. On Sunday, she and Urban attended the women's skateboarding final, and on Monday evening, Kidman and her daughters visited Omega House, the brand's activation for the Games.
For her Omega House outing, Kidman wore a cropped Valentino blouse and matching high-waisted, flared skirt, completing the look with Charles & Keith heels and an Omega watch.
The US women's gymnastics team delivered a stellar performance on Tuesday, securing the gold medal for the first time since 2016. This marks their fourth gold medal victory at the Games.
