Jana Kramer & Allan Russell Say "I Do" in Intimate Scottish Ceremony

Actress, singer, and podcast host Jana Kramer and former soccer coach Allan Russell exchanged vows on July 13th at Carnell Estate in Scotland. The intimate ceremony, featuring just 35 guests, was a testament to their love and a celebration of Russell's Scottish heritage.

Kramer, 40, and Russell, 43, embraced the beauty of Scotland, allowing the country's stunning landscapes to set the stage for their special day. "I just wanted to marry him, and I want my closest friends there. That's all that truly matters to us and our family," Kramer shared with PEOPLE magazine.

The wedding was a blend of tradition and personal touches. Guests enjoyed Scottish music and cuisine, including haggis pie and traditional ceilidh dances. The groomsmen sported kilts, and even baby Roman, the couple's eight-month-old son, donned a kilt, making for an adorable addition to the festivities.

Kramer looked radiant in a strapless Pronovias gown, complete with a beautiful train and delicate lace details. "I wanted to love the dress, but I also wanted Allan to like the dress, too, as I walked down the aisle," she explained.

The couple's love story began in the digital age, with a simple Instagram message from Russell to Kramer. Their first date in Nashville during Christmastime 2022 sparked a connection that blossomed quickly. Six months later, Russell proposed in front of their new home, creating a moment Kramer calls "even better" than their originally planned Jamaican proposal.

Their wedding was a testament to their shared commitment and respect for Russell's Scottish heritage. "I just knew that I wanted to marry him," Kramer shared, emphasizing the intimate nature of the celebration and the importance of sharing this moment with their closest loved ones.

Following their ceremony, the newlyweds embarked on a week-long honeymoon in Italy, while Kramer's children spent time with their grandparents. The couple, already parents to three children, is navigating the question of whether or not they desire to expand their family further.

"I think we're done. But I don't want to be," Kramer expressed. "We'll just keep going back and forth."

Despite the chaos of their busy lives, Kramer and Russell are enjoying this new chapter in their journey. They are focused on building a life together, surrounded by love, laughter, and a family that embraces their unique blend of personalities and traditions.
