"Harry Potter" Stars Reunite for Charity Cricket Match

Tom Felton, best known for his portrayal of Draco Malfoy in the "Harry Potter" film series, enjoyed a heartwarming reunion with two of his former co-stars. Felton, Matt Lewis, and David Holmes were spotted together at the David Holmes Cricket Cup, an annual charity event organised by Holmes to raise funds for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Felton shared a photo of the trio on Instagram, teasing the outcome of the match with a playful caption: "Who won 🦁 vs 🐍 by 1 run? Bloody Longbottom 🏏." The image also featured Lewis, who played Neville Longbottom in the films, proudly displaying a trophy after the game.

Holmes, who worked as a stunt double for Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Felton, amongst others, before a 2009 accident on the set of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" left him partially paralysed, also took to Instagram to reflect on the 15th anniversary of his charity event. He expressed his gratitude, stating, "It's a great reminder of how much love and support there is for me."

The Cricket Cup is a testament to Holmes' resilience and determination to give back to the charities that supported him during his recovery. His story is further explored in the 2023 coming-of-age documentary, "The Boy Who Lived."

This heartwarming reunion serves as a reminder of the enduring legacy of the "Harry Potter" franchise and the strong bonds formed between its cast members, even years after the final film's release. The event, which celebrates friendship and philanthropy, showcases the enduring power of the wizarding world to inspire and bring people together for a good cause.
