Hamptons Glamour: Emma Roberts & Cody John Join Brunello Cucinelli Dinner Party
The Hamptons summer social scene is in full swing, with lavish events taking place across the iconic Long Island destination. This week, a particularly noteworthy gathering took place at a private Wölffer family home, as the renowned winery hosted a dinner in partnership with luxury Italian brand Brunello Cucinelli.
The event, held to celebrate the peak of the summer season, was the brainchild of Joey Wölffer, chief brand officer and co-owner of Wölffer Estate Vineyard. "Earlier this year, I listed out my dream brands for an event and Brunello was at the top," she explained. "They're a family-owned brand with a strong sense of authenticity, something we really value when hosting these events."
Guests included a glittering array of Hamptons regulars, with celebrity sightings aplenty. Emma Roberts and her fiancé Cody John were among the attendees, along with Nicky Hilton, Katie Couric, Molly Sims, Tracy Anderson, Rachel Zoe, and Nacho Figueras. Also present were Alina Cho, Deborra-Lee Furness, Ivan Pol, James Turlington, Kate and Kevin Love, Tamu McPherson, Micaela Erlanger, and Massimo Caronna, president and CEO of North America for Brunello.
Upon arrival, guests were greeted with an impressive display of white hydrangea bushes, providing a picturesque backdrop for photographs. The atmosphere was electric as the crowd, adorned in chic beige attire, mingled around the pool house, where Brunello Cucinelli home decor was tastefully arranged.
The evening marked a first for Alessio Piastrelli, Mr. Cucinelli's son-in-law, who was in attendance representing the family. "I hope we impress you. It always looks like this," quipped Wölffer, gesturing to the idyllic summer evening unfolding around them.
As an Italian antipasto course of marinated artichokes, fried sage leaves, olives, and cured meats was passed around the long table, Massimo Caronna took to the podium to address the guests.
"Life is about synchronicity, life is about connecting, and life is about love and happiness, and that's what we are tonight," he said. "Celebrate life, celebrate health, and all the good things coming towards us."
The Brunello Cucinelli dinner at the Wölffer family home was a testament to the enduring allure of the Hamptons, where luxury, glamour, and a celebration of life converge in a captivating summer spectacle.
