Emmerdale: Terrifying Missing Child Incident in Nate's Exit Story
Emmerdale fans are in for a dramatic week as Nate Robinson's departure from the soap is set to be accompanied by a terrifying incident involving his young daughter, Frankie.
Next week's episodes will see Nate inform Mackenzie Boyd of a new job opportunity in Scotland, giving him a 24-hour deadline to decide. Torn between his desire for a fresh start and his feelings for his former wife, Tracy, he decides to share the news with her. Despite their recent rekindled connection, following Tracy's affair with Nate's uncle, Caleb Miligan, neither is ready to confess their true feelings.
Nate, believing that Tracy is indifferent to his potential departure, leaves their conversation feeling hurt. Later, while out with Tracy and her sister, Vanessa Woodfield, panic sets in as the family realises little Frankie has disappeared.
The family frantically searches for Frankie, with Tracy eventually deciding to involve the police. Will they manage to locate the missing toddler?
This harrowing incident serves as the build-up to Nate's departure from the soap, with reports earlier this summer confirming Jurell Carter's exit after five years in the role. Carter has not commented on his departure.
Nate and Tracy's relationship has been far from smooth sailing. Their initial romance in 2020 culminated in the birth of their daughter Frankie a year later. However, their relationship shattered in 2021 after Tracy discovered Nate's infidelity with Fiona. Tracy then relocated to Nottingham with Frankie.
Surprisingly, Tracy returned last summer to marry Nate after they secretly rekindled their romance. However, her subsequent affair with Caleb brought a fresh wave of complications, pushing them further apart.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
