Emmerdale: Cain's 'Affair' Confirmed, Moira Headbutts 'Secret Lover'
Tensions have been brewing between Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Moira (Natalie J Robb) in Emmerdale, but could Cain really be cheating? Moira's erratic behaviour stems from her growing suspicion that Cain is straying, and her unfounded jealousy escalates into a violent outburst.
Moira's paranoia is fuelled by her husband's seemingly friendly interactions with Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly). A casual touch on Cain's arm by Ruby is misconstrued as evidence of an affair, igniting Moira's rage.
Driven by her suspicions, Moira storms into Ruby's home and accuses her of trying to seduce Cain. Ruby finds the accusation ludicrous, but before she can defend herself, Moira lashes out, headbutting her.
While Ruby has been involved in numerous acts of revenge and questionable behaviour, a headbutt from a Scottish woman for a nonexistent transgression is a bit much. Moira is ready for a physical confrontation, but Cain and his brother, Caleb Miligan (Will Ash), arrive to prevent further violence.
Caleb tries to soothe his wife, promising to deal with Moira, while Cain ushers her back to the farm, confused and bewildered by her actions. He's further infuriated when he realises she's forgotten to attend her blood tests.
Moira's erratic behaviour continues, leaving her both confused and upset. However, a new arrival at the farm will cause further chaos for her marriage.
Her unusual actions and sudden changes are raising eyebrows, and it's starting to look like something is amiss in Moira's head.
Could there be a deeper reason for her paranoia and aggression? Or is she simply consumed by jealousy? Stay tuned to Emmerdale to find out what's driving Moira's behaviour and what will happen next in this dramatic saga.
