Cherry Jones Leads New "Grapes of Wrath" at National Theatre

Two-time Tony winner Cherry Jones takes on the role of Ma Joad in a new revival of "The Grapes of Wrath" at London's National Theatre. The production officially opens on 31 July, having begun previews on 17 July on the theatre's Lyttleton stage. The run continues until 14 September.

This revival presents Frank Galati's Tony-winning adaptation of John Steinbeck's classic novel. First staged on Broadway in 1990, the story follows the Joad family as they embark on a gruelling journey across America, seeking work and a new life in California. Carrie Cracknell directs this new production.
