Catfish & The Bottlemen Announce Massive Stadium Shows for Summer 2025

Van McCann and his bandmates are set to play their first ever headline stadium shows, taking over Cardiff and London in August 2025.

Catfish & The Bottlemen have announced plans for two monumental stadium shows, marking a significant step in their career. The Welsh rockers will grace the stage at Cardiff Principality Stadium on Friday 1st August, followed by a performance at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Sunday 3rd August 2025.

The band, known for their energetic live performances and anthemic tracks, have built a loyal following since their breakthrough album "The Balcony" in 2014. This announcement comes hot on the heels of their successful summer comeback, which saw them sell out shows at Liverpool's Sefton Park and Cardiff Castle.

Tickets for the stadium shows go on general sale at 10am (BST) on Friday, 23rd August 2024. However, fans can gain early access through a special presale beginning at 10am BST on Wednesday 21st August. To register for this presale, fans can visit the band's official website: catfishandthebottlemen.com.

This news comes as Catfish & The Bottlemen prepare for headline slots at Reading and Leeds festivals later this month, before embarking on tours across the US and Australia. The band have also been busy in the studio, releasing a new single "Showtime" earlier this year. Frontman Van McCann is currently working on the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2019 album "The Balance".

To commemorate their 10th anniversary, Catfish & The Bottlemen are releasing a special reissue of their debut album "The Balcony" on 13th September. The reissue will be available in limited edition CD, Cassette and LP formats, including six bonus tracks. A limited edition 7” box set featuring the full album, as well as the "Hourglass (Ewan McGregor version)" and the rare track "ASA", will also be available.

With these stadium shows and upcoming releases, Catfish & The Bottlemen are showing no signs of slowing down. Their passionate fan base and infectious music are sure to make these stadium shows unforgettable events.
