Justin Bieber is reportedly less than impressed with his ex Selena Gomez's blossoming relationship with producer Benny Blanco. While the pair are openly flaunting their romance, Bieber believes their behaviour is childish and has opted to cut off any attempts at reconciliation.

An insider revealed that Bieber feels "pretty offended" by Blanco's sudden estrangement following his relationship with Gomez. The two were once close friends, making the rift even more jarring, especially since Bieber is keen to move past the animosity with Gomez.

However, Gomez appears to have firmly moved on. A recent Instagram story, featuring her and Blanco, sent shockwaves through the rumour mill. In the picture, Gomez strategically obscured her left ring finger with an emoji, while Blanco was pictured in the background, fuelling engagement speculation.

Bieber, according to the source, finds the whole affair “annoying” and feels their social media displays are a direct jab at him and his wife, Hailey Bieber. He believes Selena and Benny are playing a “passive-aggressive” game, and while he might face criticism for similar behaviour, their actions are seemingly excused.

The source further claims that Bieber has repeatedly attempted to mend bridges with Gomez and Blanco but his efforts have been rebuffed. He now sees them as "lame and immature" and has opted to end any attempts at friendship.

Despite their years-long friendship and collaborations, Gomez and Blanco's romantic relationship only blossomed in summer 2023. They publicly confirmed their relationship in December, marking six months since their romance began.

During a May interview on "The Howard Stern Show," Blanco declared his desire for marriage with Gomez, expressing his belief that their bond surpasses any other. “When you know you meet your best friend,” he gushed. “She truly is my best friend.”
