Alison Hammond Shows Off Her Slimmed-Down Figure in Workout Video

Alison Hammond looked absolutely incredible as she showcased her slimmed-down frame in a workout video she shared to Instagram on Tuesday.

The 49-year-old TV personality flaunted her new physique while hoisting a weight up and down, spurred on by her personal trainer. Reposting her coach's video to her Stories, Alison sported a stylish blue and orange gym set with a quirky lined design.

Alison was in high spirits during her workout, accessorising with orange-tinted sunglasses and a NY snapback cap. Her trainer captioned the clip: "The queen in the house".

This clip comes just days after Alison stunned on Friday's episode of This Morning, continuing to showcase her impressive weight loss. She looked sensational in a black and white patterned button-up dress paired with strappy gold sandals as she presented the ITV programme alongside co-host Dermot O'Leary.

Alison radiated confidence, accessorising with gold bracelets, rings, and hoop earrings. Her makeup was flawless, and her hair was styled in bouncy curls. She has been looking absolutely incredible all week, slipping into a variety of chic outfits, including gorgeous dresses, colourful tops, and figure-hugging black jeans.

Amid her body transformation, Alison decided to sell off her old size 26 clothes earlier this year for charity in memory of her late mother, who passed away from Liver Cancer in 2020.

Alison, who replaced Matt Lucas as a co-host of The Great British Bake Off in 2023, previously explained how she has now imposed a strict rule on cake tasting after gaining a stone while filming. While she originally agreed to join the show "for the cake," she now realises she has to curb her sweet tooth.

She told the Off Menu podcast: "I just started filming Bake Off. I've never seen the tent so cold. It was freezing, absolutely freezing. I had my thermals on underneath my dress. But I love that show for the cake. People don't realise I am literally there for the cake. After every bake you're allowed to taste every bake and last year I put on a stone. It's taken me a year to take that stone off. So now I'm only eating if they get a handshake or the winner of a section. But anything else, sorry, I'm not going there. As soon as it goes in my mouth I swallow it - I love it."

Alison's dedication to her health and fitness is truly inspiring, and her newfound confidence shines through in her recent appearances.
