The source added that Affleck's decision to move was driven by a desire to be closer to his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three children, making co-parenting arrangements easier. Meanwhile, Lopez celebrated her 55th birthday last month amidst the swirling rumours of a potential divorce.
