Missing Schoolgirl Last Seen at Warrington McDonald's: Police Appeal for Information
Cheshire Police have issued an urgent appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of 15-year-old Lilly Butler, who has been missing since Thursday, 22 August. Officers are expressing growing concern for her wellbeing.
Lilly was last seen in the Latchford area of Warrington at around 4.30pm on Thursday, 22 August. She was reported missing by her family shortly after.
Since then, there have been several reported sightings of Lilly in the area. She was spotted in and around Orford Park and at the McDonald's on Winwick Road at 7.30pm on Saturday, 24 August. Further sightings have also been reported in the Latchford area.
Lilly is described as white, of slim build, with ginger hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black hoodie, grey jeans, and trainers.
Inspector Anthony Sullivan of Cheshire Police stated: "It has been three days since Lilly was reported missing, and despite the reported sightings in Warrington, we are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety. Our investigation to locate her is ongoing, and we urge anyone who believes they may have seen Lilly since she went missing, or who has any knowledge of her whereabouts, to contact us immediately."
He continued, "This appeal also extends to anyone with CCTV footage or dashcam footage that may have captured Lilly since her disappearance. Furthermore, we would like to directly appeal to Lilly herself to make contact with either her family or the police."
