McConnachie brings a wealth of experience in construction management, project oversight, quality control, and safety regulations, making him a valuable asset to the company's construction operations.
McConnachie has a distinguished career spanning over 27 years, during which he has held significant leadership roles in the construction industry. Most recently, he served as a project lead for Mace (India), where he managed projects in Noida and Gurugram, overseeing mixed-use developments for IKEA Real Estate and Centers.
Throughout his career, McConnachie has demonstrated expertise in project delivery across diverse sectors, including detailed design, construction management, and technical delivery. His experience extends to projects in Asia (Thailand, India), the Middle East (UAE), and Europe.

McConnachie's impressive track record includes leading engineering teams at Jio World Mumbai, where he oversaw the development of mixed-use projects including a flagship W-Hotel, residential blocks, luxury retail spaces, state-of-the-art film studio spaces, detailed interior design of exhibition spaces, high-specification theatres, world-class clubhouses, marine protection, island development, and university and hospital construction.
A member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), a chartered engineer, and a chartered manager, McConnachie has held leadership positions at renowned companies including Jacobs (UK & UAE), Samsung C&T (India), Laing OâRourke (UK), and Mace (India).
His appointment signals M3M India's commitment to strengthening its construction capabilities and delivering exceptional projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
